I think after a point everyone realizes how important your sleep and health are. But almost inevitably there a time in life where you live like trash.
All you care about is the pleasures of a busy life. We think then that not having a second to breathe means we’re productive. Slowly you deteriorate mentally, physically, and emotionally.
And then it dawns on you – that you got it wrong all this while! That the sign of productivity is being able to have time for yourself and the things you want to do. That it’s not a sprint, but a marathon. That there’s a life beyond this day and this week when you will hit 30,40,50 and beyond. And what you do today has to also be for the future you.
